tree of happiness

Good and God’s morning ….. 

look inside to look outside to see the wonders of nature ….. nature is image of God and beauty in nature is beauty of God …. and tree are true friends of humanity ….

so hug a tree today ….. In India we circle the holy trees which I learned from my mother who will take me to a near by temple and first thing will be to water a holy tree in the courtyard and circle it ….. it was a spiritual practice but has lot of scientific meaning as we will inhale lot more oxygen …. 

few year back I was in Himalaya on the banks of holy river Ganga so as usual wake up early and sit under a tree to listen conversation of wind with leaves of tree ….. 

trees are true wisdom of life so we start our week with hugging this tree …..
